SHIPPING All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If a shipped order does not work for you, you can ship it back on your cost with all details written down and added in the bag (name, order number, etc.) Please allow 1-2 business days for returns to be processed. Once return is processed we will send a store credit via email for you to redeem.

PLEASE NOTE: If returning shoes, they must be returned in the shoe box they came in. The shoe box itself cannot be used as the shipping container. Please package shoe box appropriately to avoid damage to the box. 

INSTORE PICK UP You have 30 days to pick up. You will be notified when order is ready for pickup (usually right after purchase unless it is a preorder). After 30 days your order will be put back on floor or donated to a local chairity. No refunds will be issued.
